Duties will include:

  • European Export and Import spot quotes for groupage and part load shipments are received from the operators and quotation department along with those issued by the sales team
  • Air quotes may also be included showing the information regarding margins and % decrease available where necessary to offer reductions when effective.
  • High value, and target market quotes are given priority for follow up
  • Liaising with operations staff to outline any quotes that are to be targeted for individual service departures.

  • All quotes are input into a daily spreadsheet under their various headings.
