Duties will include:

  • Working a 12 hour shift system of 4 days on, 4 days off, duties will include:

Duties will include:

  • The role involves being the main point of contact for designated clients and providing support and information to them on the movement of their imports coming to the UK from origin to delivery.
  • Supporting the Client Account Manager in operational and business development tasks
  • Liaising with overseas offices, other company offices within the UK and clients relating to the companies freight management system
  • Updating Excel spreadsheets so that clients and colleagues can see where things are in the supply chain.
  • Analysing data to check that all agreed KPI’s are met.
  • Collating relevant data for the Client Account Manager as required and completing administrative tasks.
